Similar cases, so different judgment results. What is the penalty standard?

June 6th, 2010, a small black stray dog was beaten and had injured seriously, even though his owner had put up notice that a dog in the arcade and tied up this dog.

30 April, 2010, the Association received an emergency report from a lady. She saw 2 dogs were locked in a small cage and were placed on an old motorcycle. She saw a capture net also. She was worried about the dog butcher random capture.

18 May, 2010. " Double Jeopardy! Rescue between Hundred Miles"

The sudden increases of rescue cases lead to the shortage of manpower that causes the difficulty of rescue situation recently.  Yet, in the afternoon of May 17th 2010, the association consecutively received 2 cases concerning rubber-band abuse.  The urgent conditions of the dogs were clearly shown on the emailed photos…

On April 23, 2010, the weather was rainny instead of sunny which we get used to see in Southern Taiwan.  The sky was groomy around 3 o’clock in the afternoon, at the main while we received a call.

In the morning of Jan 21, 2010, animal-right protesters from every corner of Taiwan including a group of foreigners gathered in front of KaohsiungCountyGovernmentalPlaza with a high level of enthusiasm. Having so much grievance and anger to speak up for these poor little lives!!

Chi-Shan Puppy Mill Came Back Alive Again!

Where do we start to express this disturbing, irritating, and hurtful feeling that is making our hearts ache? This Chi-Shan Puppy Mill has tortured hundreds and hundreds of dogs. Hundreds of dogs died from hunger and malnutrition, the ones left alive are barely breathing. With the limited help we could get from the government authorities, we are reaching out to the world-wide Animal Cruelty organizations and asking to please help us save these dogs and to put a stop to this!
